Alexander and Diviya Magaro Peer Pre-Review Program

The peer pre-review (PPR) program at Harvard’s Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS) is an effort designed to improve scholarship and speed its publication. PPR provides Harvard University and Washington University in St. Louis scholars with constructive, anonymous peer review of their research documents (i.e., papers, grants, and pre-registration reports), by an outside scholar incentivized to participate, and with a fast turnaround (just 4 weeks on average). Submissions are not limited to those with a quantitative and/or qualitative focus. The program is made possible by a generous gift from Alexander and Diviya Magaro. The PPR program is for participating universities social science research (e.g., relevant parts of public health, political science, economics, history, psychology, sociology, law, anthropology, business, public policy, etc.).
